Before the Sale

DUX works closely with all of its clients to ensure that they get a quality machine that is up to performing the task at hand.

Financing

DUX Machinery's financing program lets you obtain medium term loans for amounts up to USD $10 million to finance your new equipment purchase. We will tailor our financing packages to meet your needs [Learn more].

After the Sale

All DUX trucks come with on-site commissioning by factory technician, as well as training for mine operators and maintenance personnel. DUX technicians will not leave the site until machine is up and running to desired level.

Periodic visits during the first years of operation are also scheduled to ensure that equipment is running at optimum levels resulting in high production rates for our clients.

All DUX trucks come with six-month (2000-hour) warranty, and five-year coverage on steel frames. Warranty does not cover service and wear parts (filter elements, lights, tires, batteries, hoses, engine accessories).

Parts and service back-up is provided through our worldwide network of representatives.

After Several Years of Operation

The DUX North American Remanufacturing Division can refurbish your DUX truck to "like-new" status using genuine original components.

Remanufactured unit comes with original new equipment warranty.
